Refund policy

Article 7. | Guarantee
7.1 After the trial period of fourteen days (Article 5.1), The Candle Club provides a two-month warranty on the quality of the product. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please email info@the-candle-club.com. Then we will send you a return label. 

7.2 The Candle Club will propose a suitable alternative to you, but The Candle Club will decide which of the following options to choose.

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Restitution  

7.3 In the event of a refund, refund (including shipping costs) will be made within 14 working days of receipt and verification.

 7.4 If we repair or replace the item, this can take up to 14 working days if communicated otherwise.

7.5 The warranty is void if the product has defects caused by improper use, or if you or others have made or attempted changes to the product, or if it has been used in a way for which the item is not intended.
